Areas of Specialism
Business Coaching : Strategic business reviews, dealing with specific business challenges, team alignment and change management.
Executive/Personal Coaching : Career development, Career direction, work challenges, personal motivation, setting and achieving goals, and change management.
Brian’s approach is solution focused with a strong practical orientation. While recognising that clients must own ‘solutions’ he contributes ideas and perspective from his own experience, where relevant. He believes in a holistic approach where business, career and personal goals are aligned.
His approach is designed to enhance the client’s sense of empowerment. At times this will involve providing support and encouragement to deal with specific challenges. At other times his approach will be challenging of existing beliefs, goals and ambitions.
Brian understands that there must be flexibility for assignments to evolve in unexpected ways. The key is that there are tangible measurable results towards achievement of agreed coaching objectives.
